Fine-motor skills – funky fingers –

• Make a troll or goat mask, cereal boxes are great for this.
• Threading…using an up-side down colander

• post cocktail sticks through the holes
• thread string or ribbon in and out of the holes

• Using a hole-punch make holes around the edge of a piece of paper/card (cereal/food boxes) and thread string or ribbon in and out of the holes.
• If you have a fence or gate outside, why not thread strips of coloured fabric/ florist or gift ribbon in and out of the slats/ links.
• Practice writing your name (first and surname) with the correct formation. Remember to say the rhymes whilst writing the letters. Maybe you could write the names of everyone in your house.
